She is a strategic business development professional with more than 20 years of experience in the hospitality, tourism, and meetings industries. Throughout her career, she has held leadership positions with internationally recognized hotel brands and served for five years as Director of Business Development at VisitPanama (PROMTUR Panama), where she led strategic initiatives to position Panama as a leading destination for international meetings and events.

She is currently Co-Founder and Partner at Growth Business Developers, a boutique business development and sales representation firm that supports destinations, venues, and international event organizers in creating strategic growth opportunities across Latin America. Her work focuses on connecting global stakeholders with local ecosystems to generate long-term economic and social impact through business events.

Passionate about the transformative power of the meetings industry, Eugenia is committed to fostering collaboration, innovation, and sustainable legacies that extend beyond the congress itself.

Ian is a hands-on leader with a passion for sustainability, facilities management, and driving meaningful change in how spaces are run and experienced. With project and facilities management experience across both public and private sectors, Ian brings a holistic and practical perspective to solving real-world challenges in the built environment and events industries. He’s known for bridging strategy with on-the-ground execution, and for working closely with stakeholders to deliver impactful, sustainable outcomes.

Ian holds the Sustainable Event Professional Certificate (SEPC) from the Events Industry Council, is a Green Mark Accredited Professional (Facilities Management) with the Singapore Green Building Council and is a certified Facilities Management Professional (FMP) with the International Facilities Management Association — underscoring his commitment to operational and environmental excellence.

His career has spanned sales, general management, publishing, television content and production, including roles as publisher of a weekly newspaper, founder of a custom publishing business, and Managing Director of some of Australia's largest weekly magazine titles.

Matt's expertise lies in bringing together creative content and commercial opportunities to deliver engaging, industry-focused exhibitions and events that connect buyers, sellers, and thought leaders.

In addition to his executive career, Matt serves as a Board Member of NextSense (formerly the Royal Institute for Deaf & Blind Children), Australia's largest non-government provider of services for people with hearing loss and vision impairment.
