Throughout her career, she has held leadership positions with internationally recognized hotel brands and served for five years as Director of Business Development at VisitPanama (PROMTUR Panama), where she led strategic initiatives to position Panama as a leading destination for international meetings and events.

She is currently Co-Founder and Partner at Growth Business Developers, a boutique business development and sales representation firm that supports destinations, venues, and international event organizers in creating strategic growth opportunities across Latin America. Her work focuses on connecting global stakeholders with local ecosystems to generate long-term economic and social impact through business events.
